Priest Support Groups
Monthly priest support groups are facilitated on and off campus. Each group consists of no more than eight priests and focuses on the spiritual, ministry, and personal growth issues of each participant. Typical areas that surface are strengths and challenges in ministry, stress, coping with staff conflict, intimacy and celibacy issues, staying healthy, growing spiritually and changes in assignments, Pastor/Parochial Vicar relationships.

ANNOUNCEMENT:
After 15 years of service and leadership as the Executive Director to Shalom Center, Sister Gina Marie Iadanza, MSC has accepted new responsibilities in her religious community. The Board of Directors assigned Father Andre Estephan, M.L.M. as the new Executive Director of Shalom Center on August 22, 2007. Father Andre has been apart of the clinical staff here at Shalom Center for nearly 2 years and has contributed greatly to our programs through his clinical expertise, spirituality and understanding of priesthood and religious life.
